01 The build

A full rebuild from the substrate up

This South Maclean bathroom started with a full demolition to allow a better layout. Plumbing was adjusted and fixtures repositioned, then new wall substrates went in and a waterproofing system was applied to Australian Standards.

The built-in bath now sits beneath a frosted window in a tiled surround, so it gets natural light while keeping privacy.

02 The shower and vanity

Grey porcelain, frameless glass

Large-format grey porcelain runs across the floor and the shower walls, with half-height tiling around the rest of the room and painted walls above to keep it bright and open. The frameless glass shower has a recessed niche, a rain shower head and a handheld on a rail.

A white vanity with a grey stone top and an above-counter basin pairs with a wall-mounted mirror cabinet for storage, all finished in chrome tapware and fittings.

03 The separate toilet

The separate toilet carries the same grey half-height tiling, white walls and frosted window, with a modern toilet suite, so both rooms feel like one finished project.
