HEW Projects provides shopfitting in Brisbane for retail shops, cafes, restaurants and franchise tenancies. As a QBCC licensed builder (licence 15267396), we build from your designer or franchise drawings, run every trade under one supervisor and one programme, and have certifier and electrical sign-offs done before you open. We also cover Logan and the Gold Coast. Send us your plans or call 0420 266 652.
Opening a shop, cafe or restaurant is a deadline business. Rent starts, staff are hired and the launch is booked before the first wall goes up. HEW Projects is a QBCC licensed builder (licence 15267396) based in Slacks Creek, and we run commercial fitouts across Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast the same way we run our homes: one supervisor, one programme and a client who always knows where the job is at.
Our latest shopfit, Dawg Boys in Coorparoo, took a used restaurant tenancy back to a shell and turned it into a black and red hot dog bar in about fourteen weeks, with the certifier and electrical sign-offs done before trading.
Counters, display walls, ceilings, lighting and street fronts for retail tenancies, built to your brand drawings and the centre’s design guidelines.
Front of house that matches the brand, from tiled counters and feature walls to acoustic treatment, neon, pendants and outdoor dining.
Strip-out, floor waterproofing, safety flooring, stainless benches, hand basins and services, coordinated with your plumber, gas fitter and electrician.
Franchise and brand fitouts live or die on the details. We work from your designer’s drawings and colour schedule and turn them into a shop that looks like the brand book: painted slat ceilings, mosaic tiled counters, feature walls with lit niches, black framed windows, signage feeds and neon.
Where a drawing will not work on site, we raise it early with you and your designer, agree the fix and keep the programme moving.
A shop in a managed centre answers to centre management as well as the tenant. We work with centre management and their design consultants on external details, signage and access, and we close out their punch list.
Access ramps, plumbing inspections, electrical certificates and certifier sign-off are part of our job, not yours, so you can open the doors when you planned to.
1.
We walk the tenancy with you, check the existing services and read the brand drawings and lease requirements.
2.
We lock in the trades, the order of works and the centre and certifier approvals against your opening date.
3.
Hoarding up, street front first where it helps, then fitout, kitchen and finishes, with site diary updates as we go.
4.
Certificates in hand, punch list closed, shop cleaned and ready for your team to start trading.
