01 The brief
Two bathrooms, one renovation
The owners wanted both bathrooms upgraded in a single project, with better layouts, more function and a finish that feels high end while still standing up to everyday family use.
Rather than repeat one design twice, each room was given its own look, tied together by large-format tiles, frameless glass and a spa bath in both.
02 The main bathroom
Bright, calm and built for family life
The main bathroom keeps a light, natural palette: white gloss wall tiles, stone-look floor tiles and chrome tapware. A spa bath is set into a tiled hob with a step for easy access, under a black-framed window that brings in plenty of daylight.
A white vanity, a large mirror and a rain head shower round out a room that is relaxing to use and simple to keep clean.
03 The second bathroom
Marble, gold and a double vanity
The second bathroom is the showpiece. Large-format marble-look porcelain runs from floor to ceiling, so the veining flows across every wall with very few grout lines.
A floating white double vanity with gold tapware sits under a wide mirror, opposite a corner spa bath beneath a big black-framed window. A frameless glass shower completes the hotel-inspired feel.
04 The details
Finishes chosen to last
Across both rooms, the material choices do double duty. Large tiles mean less grout to scrub, frameless glass keeps the rooms open and generous vanity storage keeps benchtops clear.
The result is a cohesive pair of bathrooms that add real value to this Paradise Point home. See more of our bathroom renovations on the Gold Coast.
