01 The brief

Generous bathrooms on a compact block

The homeowners wanted four bedrooms, two living areas, a double garage and bathrooms for the whole family, all on a 375m² block in Flagstone. Every wet area had to work hard without feeling tight.

The answer was height and continuity: 2.7 metre ceilings, porcelain tiled from floor to ceiling and layouts that keep as much floor open as possible.

02 The light palette

Soft grey stone and plenty of light

The lighter bathrooms use soft grey marble-look porcelain across every wall and floor. In the main bathroom, a back-to-wall freestanding bath sits under the window, with a woodgrain vanity and a glass shower with a recessed niche beside it.

Another bathroom pairs the same tile with a corner shower, a vessel-style basin on a timber-look vanity and a large frameless mirror. Larger tiles mean fewer grout lines and less to clean.

03 The dark palette

Charcoal stone and a soft glow

The darker bathroom goes moodier, with charcoal stone-look porcelain from floor to ceiling. A backlit LED mirror washes the wall in warm light above a wide woodgrain vanity with a vessel basin.

The walk-in shower has a fixed glass panel, a long recessed niche and a rail shower with a large rain head, all in polished chrome against the dark tile.

04 Every wet area

Small rooms, the same finish

The compact bathroom carries the same charcoal porcelain with a slim grey vanity, a frameless mirror and a framed glass shower, proof that a small room can still feel finished. The powder room and laundry follow the same stone-look tiles and woodgrain joinery, so the whole home feels consistent.

It is the same attention to tile layout and detailing our team brings to bathroom renovations in Logan.
