01 Living
A ceiling niche and a bespoke TV wall
From the initial design to the final handover, one small, highly skilled team worked closely with the owners in Pimpama, so every feature was tailored to the way they wanted to live.
The main living area is defined from above by a recessed ceiling niche with integrated LED lighting. The custom-built TV unit carries the idea down the wall, with charcoal panelling, lit display niches and downlights for both entertainment and display.
02 The kitchen
Crisp white, deep black
The kitchen pairs gloss white cabinetry with a black benchtop and a generous island, finished with black pendant lights and a dark tiled splashback. A shelved pantry sits just off the cooking zone.
High internal doors and 2.7m ceilings keep the whole space feeling tall and open.
03 Bathrooms and street presence
Contrast inside and out
The bathrooms continue the palette with a long double vanity, vessel basins, black tapware and a black-framed shower screen. With three bathrooms in total, busy mornings run smoothly.
Outside, the façade makes a confident first impression with ebony black stacked stone cladding, warm timber accents and feature lighting.
